Since September of 2015 JSC „Gumos technologijos“ implements the project „OzoRubber" E!9962 as a part of the EUREKA programme. In Lithuania, the project is administered through the Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology (MITA).
The project object is to create rubber recycling technology by combining principles of physico-chemical separation and mechanochemical devulcanization.
Project partners: Center for Physical Sciences and Technology and Nizor Ltd (Israel).
1. H2020-SMEINST-1-2015 „Recycling waste tyres into devulcanized rubber“, co-funded
by EASME per agreement 684365;
2. Inočekiai LT “ Application of ecologically compatible compounds in elastomers
recycling” in collaboration with Center for Physical Sciences and Technology in 2013. Co-funded by MITA per agreement VP2-1.3-ŪM-05-K-02-032;
3. Inočekiai LT „Creation and adaptation of rubber recycling technologies for safer environment“ in collaboration with Kaunas University of Technology in 2012. Co-funded by MITA per agreement VP2-1.3-ŪM-05-K-01-094.
